We understand that things can change, boy have we all learnt that over the last two years, so we prioritise being flexible to ensure we can meet your needs. Whether that is a last minute date change, or your girls dress size has altered for her bridesmaid gown, we can always discuss how we can accommodate this and find a solution that works for you.
One aspect that we are pretty proud of, is our ability to turn an order around quickly. Typically within the wedding dress industry you must order your dress well in advance with lead times generally being somewhere between 12-16 weeks. At Something Borrowed, due to the nature of our rental set up, we can usually supply you with the perfect dress within a matter of days. We understand things don’t always go to plan, so if your master plans have changed last minute, or you've had a change of heart, or decided that you'd love one more bridesmaid to join in the fun, we've got your bridal-wear covered.
Our try-at-home service is another aspect that ensures you get to have that special bride-to-be experience. For a small fee, you can choose three dresses to try on in the comfort of your own home. Why not get your best friends over, your Mum too, and make an event of it? You can take your time, feel no pressure and see how your accessories fit with the dresses for that magical, overall look. Once you decide on the dress of your dreams, or perhaps two for a night-time change, you will get the cost of the session taken off your overall rental price. We also offer the option to do temporary alterations to the dresses so if you require an adjustment, please speak with us so we can explore what's possible.
